Again this year we are publishing our event booklet. The booklet was so well received, we will print 5,000 copies. It will be filled will articles, recipes and much more. Our events booklet helps us fund our events, so we are grateful to your company for participating. The rates have not changed from last year.
In 2013, our grant recipients were the University of Chicago Kovler Diabetes Center and the University of Illinois Pediatric Brain Center. Both of these research centers are world renowned in their fields of research. We will also issue an education grants to the American Diabetes Association to continue educating families about Type I diabetes at their summer camp programs throughout Chicago. We are proud to partner with these world class organizations.
